“I started this club because figuring out pre-med alone felt harder than it should.”
I'm Aarya Agarwal, a Neuroscience student. When I first began exploring research and career opportunities, I quickly realized how overwhelming it could be to figure out where to start, who to reach out to, and how to turn an interest into a real opportunity. Through my experiences in neuroscience research, clinical care, and leadership, I've learned that having the right resources, mentors, and community can make all the difference.
Those experiences shaped my belief that students shouldn't have to figure everything out on their own. As a co-founding officer, I'm helping build an organization that makes it easier for students to explore their interests, connect with others, and gain the guidance they need to take their next steps. Whether through my work as a Research Ambassador, my experience conducting neuroscience research, or my involvement in community organizations, I've found that some of the most meaningful opportunities come from simply having someone willing to help you get started.
I hope to help create a community where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and students feel supported in building a path that is genuinely their own.
